Kathmandu, Aug 17: The prices of gold and silver have increased in the domestic market today.
The price of gold has climbed by Rs 1,600 per tola (11.66 grammes) and that of silver by Rs 60 per tola today as compared to the previous day.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold is Rs 306,800 per tola and that of silver Rs 4,770 per tola today.
On Sunday, the price of hallmark gold per tola was Rs 305,200 and the price of silver was Rs 4,710.
