Bhaktapur, Sept. 10: The children of brick kiln workers in the quake-affected district received school bag, stationery and uniform as support from the Child Development Society.

At a programme organized here Wednesday, the goods were handed over with the objective of helping the children continue their studies at this hour of adversity, according to Programme Coordinator of the Society Yubaraj Rokka.

A total of 120 students in Bhaktapur, 429 in Kavre and 351 in Ramechap received the material support. The goods worth Rs. 1.1 million was donated with the support from the Save the Children, the Society said. RSS
